Service / 05 — AI Automation
Marketing on autopilot.
You're losing hours every week to follow-ups, manual posting, lead routing, and copy-paste customer service. I build AI workflows that handle the boring stuff, so you can spend your day on the work that actually grows the business.
01 — The Problem
The boring stuff is eating your week.
→ Slow Follow-Up
Studies say 78% of sales go to whoever responds first. By the time you reply to that lead the next morning, they're at a competitor.
→ Manual Everything
Copy-paste replies, manual scheduling, retyping the same FAQ in DMs. The cost of busywork is the work that's not getting done.
→ Tools Without a System
You bought the CRM, the booking app, the SMS tool, and now you have five tabs open and no integration. I connect what you already pay for.
02 — Where to Start
Don't know what you'd automate? That's the discovery session.
I sit down with you for 90 minutes, walk through your week, and find the boring tasks worth automating. Most people leave that session with a list of 5-10 candidates.
No pressure, no commitment. The only goal is to know what's actually worth your time to automate.

03 — The Plan
Three steps to your time back.
01
Map the busywork
A working session to find the 3-5 tasks that eat the most time and have the highest impact when automated.
02
Build & connect
I build the workflows in tools you already use, or recommend one new tool when it's worth it. Tested before launch.
03
Hand off & refine
Documentation, dashboards, and a 30-day refine window. I tweak based on real usage, not theory.
04 — Pricing
Project-based. Pays for itself.
Each automation is quoted as a fixed-price project. Most workflows pay for themselves within 60-90 days when measured against the hours they save. After build, you can stay on a small monthly retainer for monitoring and tuning, or self-manage from clear documentation.
I don't build automations that make sense only on a slide. I measure the time saved and report it monthly.

06 — FAQ
Common questions.
Will this replace my staff?
No. The point is to take busywork off your plate so people can do work that needs a human. Automations that try to replace humans usually fail; ones that remove drudgery free people up to do the work only they can do.
What tools do you use?
Custom code first. Most automations are written from scratch and version-controlled in GitHub, you get something you actually own, not a no-code workflow that breaks when a vendor changes their UI. I use OpenAI or Anthropic for the AI layer, Twilio for SMS, and reach for Make.com or n8n only when a no-code piece is genuinely the right fit.
What about my customers' data?
I treat PII seriously. Workflows are built so customer data stays in your tools, not exported to random AI vendors. I document exactly what flows where, and you control the keys.
What if it breaks?
Every automation has a 30-day refine window where I fix anything that misbehaves at no charge. After that, the optional monitoring retainer covers ongoing fixes, or you can self-manage with the documentation I hand off.
