The Landon Apartments — leasing system rebuild.

Came in with a leasing site that wasn't converting and no real way to tell which channel was driving tours. I rebuilt the website end-to-end, wired up a CRM with CallRail attribution, then launched Meta and Google ads to fill the leasing pipeline.

God's Work Clothing — 0 to 100K, all organic.

Built and ran the entire content engine: brand direction, creative, posting cadence, and relentless iteration. Instagram went from zero to 100K followers; the TikTok mirror hit 88K. The biggest single window was a $40K day on the back of one organic post.

Valley Tree Care — recruiting bottleneck, broken.

The biggest constraint on the business wasn't sales, it was hiring tree climbers fast enough. I built recruiting Meta ad funnels for the climber role first; they hit a $3.56 CPL and the inbox stopped being empty. We expanded to five open positions across the company and the recruiting pipeline went from a constant fire to a system.
