Using this site

voda.marketing is run by Noah Voda (Voda Marketing) in Phoenix, Arizona. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Working together

Client work is covered by a separate written agreement or proposal. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins. Nothing on this site is a promise of specific results.

Free downloads

Anything I give away here, such as the Fable skill, is free for your own use. You can change it however you like. It comes as-is, with no warranty, and you're responsible for how you run it and for any costs it creates, such as API usage.

My content

The text, photos, videos, and case studies on this site belong to Voda Marketing or to the clients who gave permission to show them. Please ask before reusing them commercially. Client names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Other sites and tools

This site links to and embeds content from other services, like Calendly, Instagram, and TikTok. I'm not responsible for their content or how they work.

Access to your ad accounts

If you give me access to your Google Ads or other ad accounts, I use it only for the work we've agreed on. You can remove that access at any time. The privacy policy explains how I handle that data.

No warranties

This site and everything on it are provided as-is. I work to keep things accurate and online, but I can't promise they'll always be error-free or available.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from using this site or anything downloaded from it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.

Changes

If these terms change, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
