Voda Marketing is run by me, Noah Voda, in Phoenix, Arizona. This page explains what information I collect, how I use it, and who else handles it. Last updated October 9, 2026.
What I collect
Information you give me
- Contact form. Your name, email, phone number, business name, the services you're interested in, and your message.
- Free download form. Your name (optional) and email address.
- Booking a call. Calls are scheduled through Calendly, which collects the details you enter there.
- Messages. Anything you send me by email, phone, text, or direct message on social media. Some replies on Instagram may be sent automatically, for example when you comment a keyword on one of my posts.
- Ad lead forms. If you fill out a form in one of my ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes me what you entered, usually your name, email, phone number, and any answers.
Information collected automatically
- Google Analytics. Uses cookies to record how the site is used: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you got here.
- Spam protection. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the contact form for bots and may process your IP address and browser details to do that.
- Embedded posts. Some pages show Instagram and TikTok posts. Those load from Instagram and TikTok, which may set their own cookies.
How I use it
- To reply to you, set up calls, and send what you asked for.
- To do the work if you hire me.
- To see which pages and ads bring people in, so I can improve them.
- To keep spam out.
I don't sell or rent your personal information.
Who else handles it
I use a small set of services to run this site and my business. Each one handles data under its own privacy policy:
- Netlify hosts this site and stores form submissions.
- Google provides Analytics and my email.
- Cloudflare provides spam protection and domain services.
- Calendly handles call booking.
- Meta handles ad lead forms and Instagram and Facebook messages.
- Instagram and TikTok serve the embedded posts.
I may also share information if the law requires it.
Google user data (Google Ads)
I manage Google Ads campaigns for clients using the Google Ads API, through an app called Voda Ads. I sign in with my own Google account, and I can only reach a client's Google Ads account after that client has given me access in Google Ads.
- What it accesses. Campaign data in the Google Ads accounts I've been given access to, such as budgets, spend, clicks, conversions, keywords, and search terms. With the client's approval, it can also make changes to those campaigns, such as adding negative keywords.
- How it's used. Only to report on and manage that client's advertising, as agreed with the client. Changes are made only when the client and I have agreed on them.
- Sharing. Google Ads data is shared only with the client it belongs to. It is not sold, not used to serve ads, and not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
- Storage. The data lives in Google Ads. Copies I pull for reports are kept on my computer and in client reports, and are deleted when they're no longer needed or when a client asks.
- Removing access. A client can remove my access at any time in Google Ads under Admin, then Access and security. You can also review apps connected to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Voda Ads' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Client data
When I run marketing for a business, I may handle that business's customer information, such as leads from its ads or website forms. I use it only to do the work the client hired me for, following the client's instructions, and not for anything else.
How long I keep it
I keep form submissions and messages for as long as they're useful for our conversation or working relationship, and I'll delete them if you ask. Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics.
Your choices
- Email me to see, correct, or delete the information I have about you.
- You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
- If I ever email you something you didn't ask for, reply and I'll stop.
Security
I use reasonable measures to protect your information, like secure connections and accounts with two-step sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, so I can't guarantee it.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
