Hi, I'm Noah Voda.

I run Voda, a one-person studio in Phoenix that helps local businesses get noticed online. Photo and video, social that earns attention, paid ads that pay back, websites that close, and AI workflows that save you a day a week. All shipped by the same person who answers your emails.

01 — How I got here

Hooked from the first post.

I got into marketing at 16. I started posting on social, mostly experimenting, mostly to see what would happen. Almost immediately, I grew an account past 100K followers, and somewhere in there I fell in love with the whole loop. Creating, testing, watching what worked, doing more of that.

That turned into a full-time job as a marketing associate. I refined the craft from the inside, and I managed the outside agency we worked with. That's where the idea for Voda started.

There was no sense of urgency. Briefs sat. Edits took weeks. The agency was juggling a roster of other accounts, so ours never got the attention it needed. Strategy decks were thicker than the actual work. Reporting was beautiful and said almost nothing. Every miss got blamed on the algorithm.

The deeper problem was the disconnect between roles. The account manager on our calls had never opened our ad account. The creative director who signed off on the strategy had never been on one of our shoots. The designer building the post had never spoken to me. Every note traveled from the call, to a brief, to a project manager, to a contractor doing the actual edit. By the time it got there, half of what mattered was lost in translation. The person closest to the work knew the least about the business.

The pattern was simple. They had thirty clients, we had one business. They were paid the same whether the work shipped or sat in a queue. We were the ones living with the results.

So I built Voda to be the opposite. One operator on every part of the project, on the brief, on the shoot, in the ad account, in the inbox. Your business gets treated like the only one on the books, because basically, it is.

02 — How I Work

Four principles. Every project.

P / 01

Honest scope

If a service won't move your business, I'll tell you. I'd rather lose a sale than sell you something that doesn't work.

P / 02

Real shipping

No "creative review" purgatory. Two rounds, decisions made, work in the wild. Speed compounds.

P / 03

Plain reporting

A short monthly note. What I shipped, what worked, what I'll change. No 40-page PDF nobody reads.

Skin in the game

If a shoot misses, I re-shoot. The reputation is the asset.
