Fixed quotes. No hidden line items.
Every shoot gets a flat, scoped quote up front, tied to deliverables, not hours. Real estate listings are priced per property. Brand and editorial work is quoted by half-day or full-day. Video and edits are bundled in, not billed extra.
What you see in the quote is what you pay. If I go over on time because the dog wouldn't sit still, that's on me.

Common questions.
How fast can you turn a real estate shoot around?
For active listings, next-day delivery is the standard. I block a same-week shoot, edit overnight, and you get the gallery before the listing goes live.
Do you shoot video and photos in the same session?
Yes, almost every shoot is dual-camera. I capture stills and motion in parallel so you walk away with a full content package, not just a single deliverable.
Can I use the photos for ads and social?
Yes. Full usage rights are included by default. Print, web, social, paid ads, whatever you need. The only thing I ask is to keep an attribution for portfolio use.
Do you travel outside Phoenix?
Yes. Anywhere in the metro is included. For Tucson, Sedona, or further, a small travel line item gets added to the quote.
What if I need a reshoot?
If something genuinely missed the brief, I reshoot it, no charge. If the brief changes after delivery, I'll quote the additional work fairly.
